Geekbench test results hint at nearing launch of Vivo V50 Leave a comment

Our testing platform, Geekbench, has some info on Vivo V50, co-engineered with ZEISS. Previously, we heard conflicting reports about the phone’s SoC and internal specs. We found this in the benchmark database

Using the serial code V2427, Geekbench tested the phone. Based on certification listings, we know this phone is the Vivo V50. Geekbench is essentially a test of a GPU’s Vulkan performance.’

Geekbench version 6.3.0 gives it 4122 points on Vulkan. Next, we’ll look at the SoC platform, RAM, and Android version. We can see in the screen grab above that the Vivo V50 has 8 GB of RAM, which is a good amount for a midrange phone.

With the RAM, you have a 2.63 GHz octa-core processor, which is known as a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 on 4nm technology. According to the Vivo price catalog, it is a premium product. The GPU information was easy to find from there. The graphics will be handled by an Adreno 720 GPU. It can handle light gaming, but not GPU-intensive titles.

As the V50 by Vivo shares a similar SoC to the V40, you can expect the same performance. 8GB of RAM is also nice, though there will be more options in the future to increase variety. Android 15 runs everything.

FunTouch OS 15 often powers Vivo’s global models, and that is not expected to change. Geekbench reported the following yesterday. Vivo V50 only has 17 days before the launch, according to a leaked poster.

This news has not been confirmed by Vivo at all, so take it lightly. The Vivo V40 price in Pakistan, however, has not changed since it was launched back in October 2024, and has been stable at 13,999. According to rumors, the launch of the V50 is scheduled for February 18th. While we are still wondering if it is still a possibility, we hope more information about the Vivo V50 will emerge soon.
